At Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat, we are devoted to preserving and sharing the sacred traditions of Quechua shamanism. Guided by authentic Q’ero shamans—wisdom keepers of the Incan lineage—we offer transformational ceremonies, healing practices, and immersive workshops that reconnect you with the natural world, your spirit, and ancestral wisdom.
For over 500 years, the Q’ero people—Quechua-speaking Indigenous descendants of the Inca from the high Andes of Peru—have carried a sacred prophecy of a time of great transformation, or pachacuti. This prophesied shift speaks of a world turned right-side up, where harmony, balance, and unity are restored. The Q’ero shamans now travel from the sacred mountains of Peru to Campbell, Texas, to share these powerful initiations and ceremonies, helping participants align with this new era of healing and spiritual awakening.
Rooted in the ancient traditions of the Inca civilization, Quechua shamanism is deeply attuned to the rhythms of Pachamama (Mother Earth), the Apus (mountain spirits), and the unseen energies that shape our well-being. These spiritual guides, known as Paqos, are not only healers but also stewards of nature’s wisdom—guardians of the sacred relationship between humanity and the Earth.

Despacho Ceremony – A Prayer of Gratitude and Harmony
The Despacho Ceremony is a beautiful, ancient ritual that serves as a sacred offering to Pachamama, the Apus, and the spirit world. Through this ceremonial prayer bundle, participants express gratitude, release intentions, and restore energetic balance.
