Who are the Q’ero Shamans?The Q’ero are the direct descendants of the Inca civilization and are regarded as keepers of ancient Andean wisdom. Our shamans travel from the high Andes of Peru to offer sacred ceremonies, energy healing, and spiritual guidance rooted in the centuries-old traditions of their ancestors.

Where is the retreat located?The retreat is hosted on private sacred land in Campbell, Texas, surrounded by nature. You’ll receive detailed directions and preparation information after booking confirmation.

What is included in the retreat experience?Each retreat includes: Organic, nourishing meals Group ceremonies and rituals with Q’ero Shamans Andean rites and initiations Guided meditations and teachings Time for rest, reflection, and nature immersion Note: Lodging is not included in the retreat package. Participants will receive local lodging recommendations after booking.

How do I book my spot?You can reserve your place through our online booking page. After payment is completed, you’ll be prompted to sign a required Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement to finalize your booking.

What is the group size?The retreat is limited to a maximum of 50 participants. This ensures a connected, ceremonial experience while maintaining accessibility to the Q’ero Shamans and facilitators. Early booking is strongly encouraged to secure your space.

Are the ceremonies safe for beginners?Yes. All ceremonies and practices are guided with compassion, respect, and spiritual integrity. Whether you are new to shamanic work or experienced in spiritual practices, the retreat is designed to support your individual path.

Do I need to prepare anything before attending?After registration, you’ll receive a Retreat Welcome Packet with detailed information on what to bring, how to prepare spiritually and physically, and guidance for integrating the experience. Light detoxing, journaling, and intention setting are encouraged.

Are plant medicines like Ayahuasca or San Pedro used in this retreat?No. While we honor these sacred medicines, Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat does not include the use of psychoactive plant medicine. Our healing work is rooted in traditional Andean practices, Despacho ceremonies, energy work, sound healing, and ritual connection to the elements and spirit realms.

Can I book a private healing session with a shaman?Yes. Private one-on-one healing sessions are available as optional add-ons and must be reserved in advance during your booking process. Availability is limited.

What is the cancellation policyDue to the intentional group size and limited space, all payments are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, your payment may be applied as credit toward a future retreat, subject to availability and approval.

Is there a minimum age requirement?Yes. Participants must be 18 years or older to attend the retreat. Exceptions may be made for younger individuals when accompanied by a parent or guardian with prior approval.

What should I wear or bring?We recommend wearing comfortable, natural clothing suitable for ceremony and time outdoors. You’ll receive a complete packing list in your welcome email after booking.

Will there be time to rest or explore?Yes. While the retreat schedule includes guided ceremonies and teachings, we also provide quiet time for reflection, journaling, walking in nature, or simply resting.

Do I need to be spiritual or follow a certain belief system to attend?Not at all. The retreat is open to people of all backgrounds and beliefs. We simply ask that you come with an open heart, a respectful attitude, and a willingness to participate in sacred traditions.
